RULES FOR THE USE OF THE OAKMONT PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT PARK FACILITIES

The following are the Oakmont Public Utility District Park Facilities use rules:

  1. Park hours are from dawn to dusk.
  2. Glass containers are prohibited.
  3. Alcoholic beverage consumption is prohibited (unless otherwise indicated).
  4. Littering is prohibited. Use trash receptacles.
  5. Scooters and skateboards prohibited.
  6. Motorized vehicles prohibited off roadways and beyond parking areas.
  7. No overnight parking.
  8. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed.
  9. Vending or sales prohibited without permit.
  10. Hunting or use of firearms prohibited.
  11. Dogs are to remain on leash at all times.
  12. Pet owners are required to pick up after pets.
  13. Plants and animals are protected – do not remove or molest.
  14. Control noise levels – please be respectful of others.
  15. Destroying public property is prohibited by Title 19, Chapter 191 of the Government Code of Texas.
